Pop Smoke is one of the most well-known and successful Rapper who was born on the 20th of July 1999 in the United States. CardiB posted an Instagram video where she sings Welcome to the Party. Bashar B. Jackson (July 2000 - February 2019) was an American singer and rapper. Victor Victor Worldwide signed him. Pop Smoke also made music with Republic Records. Pop Smoke gained acclaim for his Brooklyn drill sound after working together with UK drill producers 808Melo Axl Beats, Yoz Beatz, and 808Melo Axl Beats. Welcome to the Party is the lead track of the debut mixtape Meet the Woo that was launched on the 19th of July 2019. Two remixes were made of Welcome to the Party in August 2019 with American singer Nicki Minaj as well as British rapper Skepta. Pop Smoke's breakout song Welcome to the Party was released in April 2019. It was the first single released from his debut mixtape Meet the Woo. Then, in August 2019 two versions of the track were released. The first remix featured Nicki Minaj while the second featured Skepta. The song was noted for its usage of UK drill production, which is later found throughout his discography. Collaborations with 808Melo as well as British drill maker 808Melo are the reason for this.
